These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BurmaMart marketplace, apps and website, operated by MSCT PTE LTD (Singapore). By using BurmaMart or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
BurmaMart is an online marketplace that connects shoppers with sellers of goods and digital products across Myanmar, Thailand, Singapore and Japan. For most items, the seller — not BurmaMart — is the merchant of record and is responsible for the products they list.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may verify your phone number (via a one-time code over Viber or WhatsApp) to confirm orders and deliveries. You must be able to form a binding contract to use BurmaMart.
Delivery times are estimates. For cross-border orders, additional freight, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are shown or charged where required. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please ensure the recipient details and phone number are reachable.
Digital top-ups, game credits, e-vouchers and gift cards are final and non-refundable once delivered, because they cannot be returned once issued. Please provide the correct player ID, account or recipient details before purchase — we are not responsible for delivery to details you entered incorrectly.
Physical goods may be eligible for return or refund in line with the seller’s policy and applicable consumer law — typically for items that are damaged, defective, or materially not as described. Start a return request through the app within the stated window and keep the item in its original condition. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method or as store credit.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. You agree not to misuse BurmaMart — including fraud, posting unlawful or infringing content, harassing others, tampering with pricing, or attempting to disrupt the service. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
Sellers are responsible for their listings, product accuracy, lawful sale of their goods, fulfilment and applicable taxes. Sellers must comply with our seller policies and all relevant laws in the markets they sell to.
Seller applications are reviewed before approval, including the government ID / business registration documents submitted at signup. Commission is deducted from each sale at the rate shown in your seller dashboard; payouts are released once an order is delivered and settled. A seller may close their shop and delete their account once every order they have sold has settled (delivered and paid out, rejected, or cancelled) — see burmarmart.com/merchant/delete-account.
BurmaMart, its logos and its software are owned by MSCT PTE LTD and its licensors. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the apps or website except as permitted by law.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, BurmaMart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without limiting mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BurmaMart after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
